Despite repeated warnings of a "savings crisis", Britons do appear to be heeding the advice to save.

Felpro Gaskets Many of the agency's data protection problems stem from a lack of authority delegated to the VA chief information officer, who is supposed to oversee the agency's information security, said Linda Koontz, a GAO information management director. The VA also failed to institute coordination throughout the department of its security functions when it reorganized its information technology under the CIO's watch.
