When veteran builder and avid skier Mike Brendel started a new boat company in 1992, he broke with tradition to create a line of ski boats that not only performed well, but also brought style and a touch of luxury to the equation. Today, MB Sports is a respected name in the ranks of upscale inboards, and the boats carrying the name are favorites with slalom skiers who do more than run the course.

The dash includes a gauge that shows the water level within the tank and, appropriately, full and empty have been replaced by expanding lettering that reads "phatter."
