Just returned from a weeks holiday staying at the Sofitel in Taba Heights. Usually people only write in to complain after a trip BUT, in contrast, I would like to praise you and the quality of your Egyptian staff. They were at all times pleasant and helpful and made us feel really welcome and important. My party ranged in age from 18 years to 80 years and yet our requirements were met with a smile. I must mention in particular your representative, Mr Ahmed Ameen. A charming young man whom nothing was too much trouble. The Sofitel was extremely impressive and the rooms and views impressive. At first the food did not live up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, but after speaking to the General Manager and the Food and Beverage Manager of the hotel, the standards improved significantly. rubatex 180

On February 14th, for one week I went on a Peltours Break to Taba Heights and stayed in the Marriott Hotel. I wanted to say that I stay in my business at many hotels throughout Europe and the level of service I experienced at the Marriott was the best I have ever encountered. The staff couldn't do enough for myself, my wife or my two teenage daughters and were very kind and attentive to our needs. The buffet food was of excellent standard to the point that although we booked half board we never felt the need to eat away from the hotel due to the food quality. We also took advantage of several of your well organised trips and one of the Peltours tour guides Mr Walla Roshdy El Brollosy was so helpful, his knowledge Egyptology was superb and he helped us also with the local knowledge and customs. In short he was a mind of information. He took great care of us during our day to ensure all our needs were met and we were taken aback by his kindness and efforts he showed to my family during the day and equally on our last day booking into the airport. Just 50 minutes transfer from Constanta International Airport, the Vox Maris Club Resort is located in the resort area of Costinesti. Situated by the shores of the Black Sea, this Club Resort was originally used by Nicolae Ceaucescu, the former head of the Romanian Communist party, to host and entertain his political friends and colleagues. The Club Resort is low rise and lies across 7 hectares of lush green land, palm trees and exotic flowers. A warm feeling is exuded providing a comfortable and relaxing environment and accommodation. Entertainment is limited, the gym is quite extensive, or simply enjoy the sunsets and if you fancy, take a stroll down to the nearby cafes and bars. Watersports are located nearby and offer a vast array of opportunites from the beach. The hotel is low rise, quite flat and is fairly wheelchair friendly.
